QCC is the English abbreviation of Quality Culture Circle, and Chinese refers to the quality culture circle. It is a group organized by grass-roots employees, and properly trained and guided by middle-level managers, so that the group can explore, analyze and solve various quality problems related to their work through regular study and discussion. The purpose is to improve the product quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve the working environment, improve the safety standards, and then cultivate the employees' spirit of spontaneity, self-consciousness and teamwork, promote the communication between the upper and lower levels, improve the employees' interest and enthusiasm for the work, and increase the employees' sense of belonging to the work and the company.
